Kronborg Castle

My day started at 6 am, when I took the boys for a walk.

When I came back, the rest of the family were about to wake up and we had breakfast, before we took off to Helsingør. where we visited Hamlet's castle Kronborg.

There were lots of exciting things going on - actors telling the story of Hamlet in the ballrooms and halls and in this picture we are helping the Danish army defend Kronborg against the Swedish soldiers in the year 1658. We are in the secret pathways under the castle, but we also did sword fighting and lots of other exciting things.

When we came home, my oldest nephew and I took the boys for a walk and then it was dinner time. 

We played iPad games until bedtime and now it will be my bedtime soon too.
