TKD Friday.

I am glued to the Tae Kwon Do today.
I got my black belt in 2011 at The Tae Kwon Do Academy in London.
I was put through my paces by Master Wayne Muhammed and his son, Lutalo Muhammed. 
Lutalo is competing today and his arch-enemy Aaron Cook is already out.
Lutalo, on the other hand, looks in fabulous form. 
Will this be Team GB's second gold of the TKD following Jade Jones' wonderful performance yesterday?
