Village Life

An iPhone blip taken on my run this morning. I can manage short runs and the clicking in my old arthritic foot stays tolerable but I fear longer runs are not a good idea any more.
LooseCanon has decided to carry out major corrective surgery on my lens which has been giving an error message for some weeks now. In fact I've been borrowing his for about a month, including while we were away on holiday. He has described the procedure in his blip today. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2215550172807564995
It's all a bit nerve wracking. I shall pace anxiously up and down outside the surgical theatre, hoping for it all to go well. If not, nothing lost really as it isn't much use to me as it is.
