Grain Crusher and Grinder!

Not small enough for a TT, but couldn't resist it.
This lovely machine was on display in an Alcove near a carpark in Modbury. Only a quick stop using the iPhone was the car ticket was running out!
Apparently it is a grain crusher and grinder! Can't give you anymore information because I forgot to take a photo of the notice that explained it all. Will have to go back for another look.
