Jinx

So, I accosted a stranger on the street to ask if I could photograph his puppy and then post the picture online. As you can see, he obliged, as did Jinx. I didn't ask his breed, but I wonder if he's a red husky?

I was mainly preoccupied with teaching prep today, rushing to get everything ready for the start of classes proper next week. My day was made, however, at lunchtime. I'll tell you why on October 8th ;-)

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches, half walk to work (I took the bus from the Bridges because it started to pour) and full walk home (in sunshine) (13,262 steps).
