Mono Monday - Traditional

There are few things so traditional or so ingrained in the British psyche as drinking tea!  Sharing afternoon tea is a real treat and a great way to socialise. Drinking tea in a crisis always helps (or at least we think it does), and that first cup of the day...unbeatable.
I bought this pretty tea trivet from an antique shop recently and it sits on my kitchen shelf, all ready for action when needed.

Never trust a man, who when left alone with a tea cosy... Doesn't try it on.
