Croome Court

We went to Croome Court, a National Trust property near Worcester, today to meet Chris and Jean.  They brought their dog Pudding and we had a very nice walk around the lake after coffee.  After lunch in the NAAFI style cafe, there is an RAF museum on site, we drove to a nearby village to see the property they are in the process of buying, they would not disagree if I describe the garden and house as overgrown and semi-derilict, in need of much TLC, a project Chris is relishing (see extra).
This artist, who gave me permission to photo him, is looking at the three of them, plus, dog, waiting for them to get out of his view.  Actually he is making an ink drawing of the entire vista from the Malverns round to the house, a task he thinks will take six days.
