The Invasion

We have unwelcome visitors. An ant colony has found its way onto our kitchen bench. We suspect it has got in from outside and has crawled up the back of the dishwasher, across the top of it and from there to the kitchen bench. Keith has set up a bait station in a small container and deliberately left some bait on the bench. Here are lots of them clustered around some tasty bait. They are fascinating to watch. I'm not surprised that people enjoy studying colonies.
