Burning Laurel - the best kind. 

I know it's a bit early for bonfires but the volume of prunings* was getting overwhelming.  It's been a busy tidying day in the garden with Josh & James here to assist. Large areas of path re-chipped and garden dug over.  We've our first NGS 'open day' on Thursday...

* On the Dell House scale, "a pruning" is typically the size of a large sapling; especially when it comes to laurel.
