Ordinary but Special

Everyone has them.  Small, tall, fat, skinny, round or maybe even square.  We use them as decorations, to illuminate, or to create an atmosphere.  I am happy that I do not live in the century where candles were the only source of light.  Everyday I flip switches and I take for granted the light that I need is at my fingertips.  When we visited Africa, our driver, Issac worked at night building his fiance a home.   That sounds so very romantic and sweet.  What is amazing is that he was doing it by candlelight. His village did not have electricity.  Not only am I very blessed to have electricity, but I am forever blessed because Jesus, the Light of the World, is my Savior.  I pray and hope He is yours too.
