Seeds

I decided to try chia seeds for the first time today! These little guys are packed with lots of healthy benefits. According to Livestrong, they're "rich sources of fiber, iron, calcium, protein, healthful fats, and other vitamins and minerals."

I mainly wanted to try them because I wanted to get more Omega-3s into my diet! I just mixed them into water, and they eventually soaked up the moisture and turned into a gel-like substance. I just can't get over how weird-looking this is!
