Looks Good To Me

No, I haven't decided to try becoming an artist -- woodworking keeps me quite busy enough.

I've been finding it increasingly difficult to see thin black pencil lines on dark wood, and knew I should be using a white pencil, so today we went to Dakota Art Store after our yoga class. I bought a couple of wooden pencils, and asked if they had white leads for my 0.5mm mechanical pencils. They didn't have white, but did have red ones, so I bought some of those.

Other items I bought were china markers (black and white) and a couple of paint brushes for applying milk paint to the insides of my small wooden boxes.

I enjoyed looking at the surprisingly wide variety of items in the store -- they even had small pieces of balsa and other hardwoods.
