The snail and the thimble

I've watched the leaves come tumbling down all day and it was like a leaf storm coming back from Milton Keynes this afternoon.

I found this minute snail in the conservatory where it must have been hiding amongst the geraniums.  It's so small I had to put it on a thimble so you could get the true scale of it.
