Exhilarating

Wrens duck in and out of holes in the undergrowth. Hen harrier quarters - grey wings with black wing tips like a stoat. Hooded crows forage raised beach and meadow. Wind and rain. Ravens check us out.  The toad moves with a laboured creep.
