New Forest Walk

No visit to Hampshire is complete without a visit to The New Forest. We've been to Hampshire and put the visit right today by doing a 6 mile walk (we got lost and it ended up as 8 miles) from Brockenhurst. The weather was sunny when we started and even though the wind got up it stayed dry until after we finished.

I did take a smashing photo of a Robin that was interested in us, and was rewarded by a piece of apple which it took away to eat under a bush. However, The New Forest is famous for it's horses and ponies and the blip photo shows Mrs BB making a fuss of one by feeding it an apple, so that had to be the photo of choice. It the followed us hoping for a second apple!
