RELAX AND CARRY ON....

Had another encounter with the tech support people ... I was transferred twice, gave all my information .... , then the last guy wanted to transfer me back, after 2 hrs on the phone with them. I told him that I was getting the 'run-around', he said: 'No, M'am'. I said: 'YES, I AM GETTING THE RUN-AROUND AND YOU ARE GOING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.' His answer was, unplug all the cords and put them back in. PROBLEM FIXED.
Now couldn't the first guy told me this right away???
