A token .......

.... of my caring thoughts and sympathy (from my garden) given to my good friend this afternoon, his wife sadly passed away this morning after a very long illness.   A part time blipper & good friend over many years,  

I was taken out for lunch by my good friend from high school, and we were work colleague for 24 years.  A while back I gave her half a dozen of my landscape images and I wouldn't take any payment, she then insisted she take me out for a lovely lunch, washed down with an equally lovely Pinot Gris.  We had a great chinwag, and have promised each other to do this more often.

Timaru was the countries high today, a very pleasant 26 degs.
