Waiting in expectancy

Forty Hall birds surpassed our expectations and came flocking for the genuine bird food on offer from the two oldest grandchildren, who were wrapped up for the occasion, although they had earlier taken off their jackets in the mild winter weather!  Brave of them, having left 30+ degrees two days ago.
