Spot the Dog....

Another very warm cloudless day.... almost too warm for walking Maisie. However she was in and out of the river keeping cool. Sharp eyes will spot her scrambling up the rocks to the vineyard. The yellow flowers in the riverbed are Monkey Musk aka Erythranthe guttata. They were introduced from North America in 1878 and are found along rivers, streams and wetlands, a colorful display during summer.
