Thank you Eddie.

A week ago when I posted a blip of one of the Waxwings which were visiting our village I said that my photographic friends could do much better.

Here is proof. Eddie has the skill and knowledge, a great deal of patience and the equipment to prove my point.

This is his Christmas card to us.

Eddie is, I believe, 89, and it is not long ago that he was voted Photographer of the Year by his local photographic society.

Eddie sees my Blip photographs and comments every day. So any stars for this one are strictly for him.
