Tis the season......

.....for summer roses to brighten a dull day.

The Kaiapoi Band Rotunda was built in 1908 and has a Historic Place Category II registration. The rotunda is still used for events and concerts.

Not much of a day to be 'out and about', cold and dull not at all summery.
