Another drive

We didn't need any more wood, but decided to take a drive this morning, rather than sitting around in the rain ... again.

We left in torrential rain and returned in the same.

Then, all of a sudden, the clouds cleared and we saw blue sky and sunshine. And that's the way it stayed! Yay!

A group of 21 people turned up to shatter our peace, but at least the sun was shining too!

We had a few little walks today and Mr B tried some more fishing. I was reading a really interesting book, and sat by the fire, reading and enjoying the fact that the rain had stopped!

Star gazing and sitting by the fire this evening. Mr B built a very impressive fire for us tonight!
