It is a Choice?

These two Merganser Ducks are good examples of the way we live our days. The Common Merganser is always in a hurry.....rushing around the lake....in a hurry to get to the next place......diving for a fish often AND then dashing off with their catch because the other Common Mergansers will be chasing it to attempt to get the fish. But the Hooded Female Merganser is in no hurry.....she slowly paddles the lake staying within a few feet of her mate (see the extra)......she seldom dives and doesn't chase anyone for their catch......but she looks well feed and at peace.

So which one would you like to be like in 2017?
