Sunset over Hilton Hall

A thoroughly grey day until late on when the sun made the briefest of appearances to brighten the day.  I'd walked all the way from the buildings in the distance to get in position for this shot.  The footpath that crosses the field was previously a well trafficked path, but I got the distinct impression I'd been the first to cross it for some time.  It seemed to be confirmed when I came upon a crop in this field with no indication of a route across it.  I'm sure this was because the stile into the field is now completely overgrown.
