Too cute!

The blackcapped chickadee is one of the cutest birds in northeast Ohio. They flit around as I walk down the trail, landing on nearby twigs and tree branches, hoping for a handout. If I put a few sunflower seeds or peanuts in the palm of my hand and hold it out very, very still, they will fly over, land on my thumb, snatch up a seed, and fly away with it. That's why I say they are "too cute." They just couldn't be any more appealing.
