Difficult day

It's been a difficult day. Left this morning to go and spend a lovely couple of hours kitchen planning and almost immediately were involved in an accident. Our fault sadly. So the kitchen planning went by the board as we sorted everything out. No one hurt thank goodness....just vehicles.
So instead we went and chose our new stove surround to try and brighten up the, by then, rather dismal day. The extra is the style of fireplace we've chosen but our stove has a claret coloured door frame.
We're off out tonight to a Burns Supper which will be fun and while we were getting some wine we bought this for ourselves. It is an Australian Shiraz called Kangarilla Rd with this lovely leaf motif on the label. Think we'll try it tomorrow.
