Badger Wood

Parkrun in Lister Park first thing amongst 444 other runners, quite a turnout!  It was seasonally chilly and with a beautiful blue sky, very welcome after a week of gloom and dampness.  Amongst the usual Saturday jobs, I took a break and a wander up to Badger Wood to capture the day.

The sparrowhawk was back yesterday whilst I was outside, and took two unsuccessful forays through the elder tree.
