Exposure to Light

ICM Nightlight

42 — Blurry Squirrel

Today's assignment from the book "Vision 365: Mastering the Everyday Practice of Seeing": set your camera to 2 or 3 seconds exposure and move the camera up and down as you press the shutter.

I found it easier to incorporate intentional camera movement to subjects, to produce a more pleasing effect, by rotating the camera than by moving it up and down. I stuck with it the assignments suggestion for the most part.

Before putting our daughter to bed I took a few shots of the wooden squirrel nightlight in her bedroom, amongst other things. No processing, straight out of camera for this one.
