Blurry

Blurry quick shot of my hand as I tuck up in bed for the night.

It's not been a great day but the positives are:
my cold seems on the way out as quickly as it arrived

I have a good friend and appreciate them and my parents very much, it's nice to have people who support you when they see your having a bit of a time with it.

I'm hoping to get some good advice and support tomorrow from occupational health. I need to catch the train into the city as I can't drive still!

My neck didn't hurt quite so much as it did yesterday
