Jericho Coffee Traders: Roasting and Tasting

More together in large.
Back blip

I took loads of photos at Jericho Coffee Traders roastery: we had such a lovely time as the coffee roasted, sampling single origin beans (inc. decaf), blends, and chatting about all things coffee-related. The pics are potentially for the new JCT website, so I've shared a wide range of photos in an album on Flickr (for their benefit really) here. It is an interesting space, filled with intriguing machinery (a 1kg roaster, a 3kg roaster, grinders, a beautiful espresso machine...)
It was a delight to drink such beautiful coffees while there was a fresh batch roasting, and especially from artisinal ceramics made around the corner at Illyria Pottery on Walton Street. I came away with a sampling of their fine roasted products and a broad smile on my face, and hope to return again soon!
