Captured....a tiger

Our morning tiger safari was disappointing..no tigers. So we set out this afternoon for a second attempt. And after 4 hours of looking here he is. We had one of the wildlife reserve specialists with us who knew all the tiger groups in the reserve. He told us that that the tiger is one of three young tiger cubs just over 2 years old. In a year they will become old enough to mate and therefore rivals for the affections of local lady tigers. We also saw one of the brothers.

There are now approx 75 tigers in the reserve and 20 cubs but there are far more male cubs being born which could create a problem in the future.

On the move tomorrow and no real chance to catch up on your journals. Maybe our next hotel will have more wifi facility.
