Mono Monday

Heading over to Glasgow for the next few days, however, I had to go into central Edinburgh (to pick up my new altered black suit), which gave me the opportunity to blip this BBC News recording taking place in North Castle Street.

No idea what they were reporting on ... could it be the Edinburgh 20mph, which are causing much constignation or something more national ... who knows.
