Handsome boy

Eventful day! Plenty to do at work, then home to inspect the laminate floor which has replaced the wrecked carpet in the hall. It looks great.

Barney had been for his first proper groom this afternoon too. He was asleep when I got in, it seems to chill him out. However when he got up to get a drink he couldn't put any weight on his back paw. Was a bit concerned because of how sleepy he seemed but having had a look I think one of his claws is digging in where it's been cut.

Going to sleep downstairs with him tonight so he's not trying to get upstairs on three legs. Hoping it will sort itself out! Poor little thing, he looks so much tidier but really sad!
