Marsh Marigold

So lovely to see these flowering on a local pond.. l am mystified that there is no frog spawn in this pond.. seems like an ideal place.. peraps just no frogs!!?

It's been a lovely family day with friends coming in for lunch and more Clank to be played. All good things come to an end and our eldest has headed back to London for work tomorrow.
