It's quite possible you may be seeing a few shots of this tree until I manage to get an image that does it justice.  It has great colour in both the spring and the autumn (when it goes gold).

Major progress on the Green Room today - because the plumber's back! Meanwhile, we snuck off to the nursery and came back with a carful, again.

Games session in the evening - four of us played a very intense game of Cavern Tavern - a game set in a bar mixing drinks for various fantasy races, and oh boy, are trolls impatient (but pay well).
