Fringed Tulip

This fringed or aleppo tulip is one of my favourite bulbs in the garden and sadly this year what was a group of three of four tulips has reduced to a solitary one so I thought I better blip it before it disappears. However, in its dying mode this tulip has been the source of one of my most successful images (see Dead Aleppo Tulip)
