Burnhouse, by Stow, South of Edinburgh. Excuse ACN's yellow Nissan sneeking into the frame.

Work visit to this rather large property. It's been empty for a while, with a caretaker popping by every few days. Over the rather chilly Winter, the pipes at the large water tank in the loft froze, and split. The room below was soaked, and it spread out a bit so that several rooms below that were soaked, and from them it spread out more so... Down in the basement, all the walls were still off the scale of the moisture meter, and there was fungus everywhere. And this was several months after it happened. Lots of windows slightly open to try and dry the place out .

We were doing a loss and damage assessment. Presumably for an insurance claim. A grand day for being out the office on a site visit.
