And they swam and they swam

Today we cycled 4.8 Miles and then swam in the sea.

And then were eaten alive by beasties.

And then swam some more.

The sea was quite scary... pebbles and then stones and then a mighty drop. And it wasn't that warm... the yowl i set up when i sunk and that cold water hit my lady bits!!!

But once i was in.... ooooh lush


Suffice to say we are totally roasted and a lovely shade of red.
