Viewpoint

Got the three grandchildren staying over the weekend but I managed to sneak out the house for a look at the Black Rock '5' race which has been staged every year (with the exception of 1991) since 1987. Over 1000 runners took part with the winner completing the course in 00:22:40 and the last one over the line in 01:08:56. That's still faster than I could have done it.

The extras are of the return journey to the finishing line and the promise of a bottle of beer.
