Batch cooking

Made a heap of cheese and spinach quesadillas for the freezer... they're currently a big favourite with L and very easy to whip out of the freezer for a lunch or snack.

We were going to one of our NCT group's first birthday party today (she's 18 months old today but as her birthday is Christmas Day they decided to celebrate in June) but we decided not to go due to L's state of health. Haven't seen the girls for ages and really miss them.

L is much brighter today and has grazed on food all day which has meant her little tummy has not got overloaded. Hoping for another improvement overnight and things can get back to normal.

Buttons (yesterday's blip) is a pale shade of blue now as he went through the wash with my dark blue jeans... can't really tell from the picture. L's clothes also came out blue - everything just got rushed into the washer together - whoops!
