On my way to physio! All good and my physio said she didn't think I needed to come in again unless I felt it necessary, as I was progressing well. Yay! Go me ;-).

Then off to Chinese visa office to apply for a visa for Martin, and as I arrived at the visa office, I realised I had forgotten to attach one of his passport photos .... duh!!!! Felt so stupid. Anyway well head back there soon.
