Community officer

A nice evening for a walk in search of a blip again, I went for a walk around town in search of a blip taking a few shots. On the way back home I walked through the local park and spotted the community police officer talking away to someone so grabbed a cheeky shot for the Blip "Community Challenge: Your government at work! "
