In Golden Pool

The swimming pool in our complex has amazing morning light. The reflected light from the orange three story buildings creates some incredible color contrasts with the deep blue water. I have shot these abstract colors previously, but they were even more impressive than usual today. When my wife entered the water to swim some laps, I knew I would be able to get some nice images. Because I am still not totally familiar with my 1d mark iv, I had selected one shot mode instead of continuous focus, which would have been more appropriate for a moving subject. Regardless, the image was still acceptably sharp and the water beautiful colored.
