Photo or Painting?

I should be grocery shopping or cleaning this morning, so I'm saving time by sticking close to the house for my blip.  I enjoyed my coffee out on the deck and saw jays, chickadees, phoebes, bunnies and this pretty Cedar Waxwing.  Before I made it outside with my camera I got this shot from the window.  The result is a bit abstract, with streaking from the glass.  I kind of like the effect, almost like a painting.  Another shot, taken when I was outside, is an extra.  I don't know if the name is a result of their appearance, but their feathers are so smooth they look waxy.
