Bright shining after rain

Today I have said a final goodbye to a most beloved friend.

A two and a half hour celebration of life this afternoon for a woman who was a bright star in so many lives. So pleased to hear that she had a very serene and accepting end.

She loved the colour purple and the flower lavender so they sneaked some into her hospital room. Today they distributed the same lavender amongst her friends.

A true angel; I was greatly blessed to count her as my friend.
