Sunflower

Another day of my prison sentence at work chalked off. On my way home I took this picture of a sunflower growing in the allotments in the village. I think they are fun and they always remind me of Le Tour de France.

Yesterday's lack of exercise and over eating did show up on the scales this morning...!
