Red Kites

At Bellymack Hill Farm where there is a kite feeding station. As you can tell the photo is taken on the phone and not great. The birds were amazing. A few sported green tags; those were tagged in Dumfries and Galloway prior to 2012. The population increased so dramatically that tagging was stopped in 2012. Black tags are kites from Wales. It was a lovely experience.
