Harking back to the past

The Deans Walk Inn, sometimes known as the Quart Pot, is an 18 century inn and was quite well known for the rugby ball in the roof during the world cup in 2015. Gloucester, Kingsholm ground, was one of the venues and I think it did a lot of good for Gloucester. There were lots of events during the period, Rugby ball shaped 'things' all over the city with different themes and colours, it was pretty good really.
Nice that they've left the ball in the roof, it would leave a very big hole otherwise!
