Small Tortoiseshell Butterfly.

A beautiful day today, lovely and warm, but not too hot.  The sun is shining, what more could we ask for.  There have been several butterflies on the Buddleia, which is having a second flowering.  We thought it had finished for this year. I also saw the biggest, fattest, hairiest bee I have ever seen. Of course he took one look at the camera and made himself scarce, muttering, "flipping paparazzi".  I liked this butterfly the best, which I think is a Small Tortoiseshell, but what do I know.  My classification of butterflies extends to white ones or brown ones.. This is a brown one..
