A new perspective

Took a track in upper Glen Massan this afternoon that we used to use when the children were small and the glen was rather differently ordered by the then landowners - we used to picnic further up beside the burn in a place that now seems to be the preserve of horses. Certainly the spot from which I took this photo was very muddy and chewed up by feet other than mine.

At least it's a new look at a familiar spot - a look which to me gives it the look of a rural painting, somehow familiar but not quite a Constable. And a complete change from yesterday's bright blip ...
